Finley Declines Arbitration
Chuck Finley who the Cardinals recieved in a trade late last season declined arbitration late Thursday.
Had Finley accepted the Cardinals offer, a player or two would have had to be moved to make room for the large salary Finley would have recieved.
With the trade which dealt the Cards Brett Tomko they feel they have a solid pitching staff that only needs a few repairs.
